I make complex things simple.

I'm Almir, a Product Designer (UX/UI) from Wiesbaden.

I find out where people get stuck in a product and what the business needs from it. Then I work systematically, make decisions I can back up, and finish by refining every detail.

That's how design comes about that nobody has to explain.

Mein Weg

Tools change.
The goal stays.

I built my first website (2005) with FrontPage; today I build design systems with Figma and AI. In between, more tools than I can count. AI is the newest of them, and the fastest.

The tools kept changing, the question never did: do people get it at first glance? Early websites, web apps or native apps, one thing I’ve seen again and again: when people can’t find something, it’s almost never their fault.

I studied journalism. That’s where I learned to listen and to bring order to complex things. I still do that today, just with different tools.
