Product design that makes sense.

I start with the problem, not the surface.

A digital product is a chain of decisions: What comes first? What follows? Where do users drop off, and why? I find out what a product really needs and get the team and its users onto the same path.

  • Product Strategy & Research

Together with users and stakeholders, I clarify which problem we solve and which we don’t. The result: priorities everyone can agree on.

  • UX & Information Architecture

I structure content and flows so users reach their goal, and back every decision with data, tests or clear principles. That includes AI features: users should understand what the AI does and how they can step in.

  • Interface Design & Prototyping

From wireframe to clickable prototype: I make ideas testable early, so the team discusses behaviour, not taste. AI makes variants and prototypes faster. Deciding which of them holds up is still design work.

  • Design Systems

Components, rules and documentation so a product can grow without falling apart, and new features ship faster.

  • Handover & Implementation

Clean specs that development can build without room for interpretation. I know the technology behind them and stay with the build until launch.

Who’s behind the design.

How I work, what drives me and the roles that shaped me.

More about me

I listen before I decide.

  1. Understand

Clarify goals, users and constraints, together with everyone involved in the product.

  2. Prioritise

Decide what matters first. Structure content and flows before getting into details.

  3. Design & Validate

Make solutions visible as prototypes and test them with real users. What doesn’t hold up goes.

  4. Hand over

Work out the details, extend the system, hand over cleanly to development and stay involved during the build.

  5. Evolve

Measure, learn and improve after launch. A product grows with its users.

What I care about.

  • Coherence over consistency

A system may change if that makes it clearer.

  • Trust over perfection

A product doesn’t have to be flawless. It has to be reliable.

  • Orientation over decoration

If you know where you are and what comes next, you don’t need effects.

  • Delivery over presentation

A design is only good once it can be built. That’s why I think about the technology from the start.
